6 to 8 confidential sessions over roughly 90 days. Each session is 60 minutes, online or in person. Tailored to where you are: sometimes strategic and decision-oriented, sometimes restorative and regulating.

A small-group experience for 5–9 highly sensitive women. 90-minute sessions every two weeks across three months. Coaching, mindfulness, and nervous-system practice held in a confidential, compassionate container where shared experience becomes a source of strength.
