My Journey
I’ve experienced transitions firsthand — across countries, careers, and identities. From leaving Spain to discovering meditation and Buddhism in Scotland, to working internationally in banking, tourism, and at the World Economic Forum, where I contributed to bringing mindfulness into leadership, working hand in hand with thought leaders such as Richard Davidson or Jon Kabat-Zin.

Later, I led the transformation of a struggling mindfulness center into a thriving and sustainable space for growth and learning.

Along the way, I trained as a coach, mindfulness and resilience trainer, and contemplative therapist — working with leaders, entrepreneurs, and organizations across Europe.

These experiences shaped a simple truth: life is always evolving. And every transition is an invitation to grow, realign, and lead from a deeper place.

This is the essence of InTransition Coaching.
