Six to eight sessions over a period of 90 days. Each session lasts 60 minutes, online or in person. The structure is steady; what we work on is shaped entirely by what you bring into the session.
What the process looks like
Sessions 1–2 — Orientation.
We map what’s actually present: the transition you’re in, what you’ve already tried, what’s pulling you forward, what’s holding you back. By the end of session two you have a clear picture of the work — and the felt sense that this is a space where you can be honest.
Sessions 3–6 — Depth and movement.
This is where most of the change happens. We work at three layers — coaching for clarity, mindfulness for presence, polyvagal-informed practices for nervous-system regulation — so insight isn’t just understood, it’s embodied. Old patterns loosen. A new direction starts to feel real.
Sessions 7–8 — Integration.
We tie threads together: what you’ve learned, what’s now in motion, what supports you’ll want as you move forward. You leave with a clearer next step and the inner stability to take it.
